"BCJ-Examination Certificate-66" Deep Mixing Method Using Cement-Based Solidification Material
The "ECM method" is a ground improvement technique that uses cement-based solidifying materials and specialized machinery to drill (penetrate) to relatively deep depths, mixing soil with the solidifying materials. Construction is carried out using a dedicated construction machine equipped with an IC card recording construction management device, ensuring uniform quality regardless of the soil types, such as sandy soil, clay, or loam. The method is based on a two-cycle construction process, with the first cycle at a standard speed of 1m/min and the second cycle at 2m/min.
