Adoption of high-torque inverter motors! Capable of adapting to ultra-hard ground with an N value exceeding 50.
The "CI-CMC-HG method" is a deep mixing treatment method for large-diameter, low-displacement applications. To further enhance penetration capability, it employs a super-hard auger equipped with a high-torque inverter motor that has approximately twice the torque of the CI-CMC method auger. This allows for application to super-hard ground such as gravelly soils with an N value exceeding 50. Additionally, it is possible to use a tip discharge mechanism that injects air and slurry from the tip of the mixing shaft as a penetration aid, making it adaptable to a wide range of hard ground. 【Features】 ■ Improved penetration capability due to the hard auger ■ Enhanced penetration capability through the tip discharge mechanism ■ Realization of optimal construction cycles ■ Reduction of mechanical load on underground obstacles ■ NETIS registration number QS-200009-A *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

basic information
【Other Features】 ■ Equipped with a high-torque inverter motor, allowing for control of the stirring blade's rotation speed with a super rigid auger. ■ The current rotational torque of 50 kN·m has been upgraded to approximately 108 kN·m, nearly doubling the power. ■ The rotational torque during penetration can be reduced by about 30%, significantly improving penetration capability. ■ The frequency of failures can be greatly reduced, ensuring a stable process. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
