Solve the conventional spatter generation factors (disturbances) with new control (adaptive control).
The "IWC6" is a resistance welding control device that uses a DC inverter as a current control method. It performs welding by controlling the current value, energization time, and pressure. We offer a wide variety of options and features tailored to different applications. 【Features】 ■ Enables welding under optimal conditions by reproducing the welding state of good products. ■ Compared to conventional methods that set the current high, the new control (adaptive control) allows for energy-saving welding. ■ The new control (adaptive control) improves quality even for air guns with significant pressure fluctuations. *For more details, please download the PDF or contact us.
