Reducing the burden of handling troubles and issues in administrative and information systems! Case study of the introduction of "IT Maintenance BOX."

To reduce the burden of handling troubles and issues related to administrative and information systems in the Social Sports Association, we have introduced the "IT Maintenance BOX" produced by FXC. The association has seen an increase in business processing via PCs, leading to a rise in the number of computers. Consequently, there has been a pressing need for a support system to resolve issues, including computer failures, troubles with computer communications, and ensuring the security of personal information. Previously, we relied on the NPO Learning Development Research Institute for on-site support for IT operations and maintenance. However, we struggled to effectively communicate the status of issues, resulting in repeated visits to confirm phenomena and provide responses.
