This is a super heat-resistant electric wire with a maximum operating temperature of 400°C, featuring a silicate glass braid and coating over pure nickel wire. Normally, it is coated with a special heat-resistant varnish, but the uncoated version (made to order) can be used at temperatures below 500°C. However, please take care to prevent fraying at the terminals.
