Prevent mistakes in the order of tightening and forgetting to tighten! The "Tracer Arm" with a position detection function specifically designed for hand nut runners.
◆Overview This is a support arm that alleviates the burden on operators when tightening with the Handy 2000 series hand nut runner. It is equipped with a position detection function to prevent mistakes such as missing tightening, incorrect tightening locations, and errors in tightening procedures. In processes where the tightening order and torque are specified according to the work instruction manual, it eliminates mistakes made by operators and provides high traceability through the association of tightening torque and tightening position (coordinates). ◆Product Lineup The arm body is available in four series options that can be selected based on tightening torque and installation space. ◆System Configuration Only the arm unit and a dedicated control unit are required, eliminating the need for control panels such as PLCs. The connection to the Handy 2000 series controller is also a plug-in specification using a NET cable, avoiding complicated wiring processes. ◆Convenient Options The rotary grip (optional) features a 360-degree grip rotation mechanism, allowing the position of the tool activation trigger to remain unrestricted, making it ideal for processes that prioritize work efficiency.
