About 70 million or more per square meter! Achieving wear resistance through astonishing ultra-high-density planting.
The flooring material "Robofloor" features over 70 million ultra-high-density upright tufts per square meter, maintaining its beauty for a long time even in high-traffic areas. The pile yarn used is made from "Nylon 66," a high-performance fiber known for its excellent abrasion resistance and resilience. With its high dynamic load capacity and remarkable durability due to this abrasion resistance, it is adopted in public spaces such as train concourses and international airports, receiving high praise. 【Weight Change Measurement Method】 ■ Testing Method/JIS L 1021-11 ■ Using a tapered abrasion testing machine ■ Rotational friction of the test specimen at 5,000 and 10,000 cycles ■ Measuring weight change before and after friction *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
