PRTR Law, Fire Service Law, and Organic Regulations Non-Applicable! Introducing a case of cleaning stubborn "tar stains"!
"SAFETYSOLV" is a plant-based cleaning solution capable of removing carbon that has adhered to molds, as well as lubricants, tar, and other substances attached to parts and machinery. We would like to introduce examples of cleaning stubborn tar using a combination of a steamer or ultrasonic machine. <Steamer Cleaning> *Steam temperature is approximately 100°C - The use of steam allows for quick cleaning, even for large parts that are difficult to remove. - Contributes to improved work efficiency and reduced workload. <Ultrasonic Cleaning> - By adding temperature (50°C) and stimulation (ultrasound) to the cleaning solution, the cleaning and solubility increase, allowing for the removal of strongly adhered tar. - Taking time allows for effective cleaning of narrow gaps and hard-to-reach areas. - Led to time savings and improved work efficiency. *Cleaning effectiveness may vary depending on the situation. *For more details about the product, please refer to the materials. Company information
In accordance with our mission to "keep the Earth safe and clean," we are developing and providing plant-based alternatives that are safe for both human health and the environment, in response to chemicals that cause harm to the human body and environmental destruction, such as toxic substances. Our focus is on ensuring that these alternatives do not harm the human body, do not destroy the environment, and can be thoroughly and rapidly decomposed by microorganisms, returning to nature. We will continue our development until safe plant-based alternatives to all chemicals are completed or until a system is established that makes such chemicals unnecessary.
