Internal Pressure Filling Joint Reinforcement Method for Concrete Structures "IPH Method"
Patent and NETIS registered! A new technology and method that realizes the long lifespan of concrete structures.
The "IPH method" is an innovative technique that uses a spring-type injector to maintain stable pressure while employing a uniquely developed "air release" technology to replace epoxy resin within cracks, allowing for the filling of even fine cracks. It enables injection into gaps of 0.1mm or less with an internal propulsion distance of over 30cm, simultaneously achieving the recovery and reinforcement of deteriorated concrete. Additionally, it realizes a 30% cost reduction compared to conventional technologies, improving economic efficiency by 76.9% over a lifecycle of more than 30 years. 【Features】 ■ Higher pressure stability compared to traditional rubber and balloon pressurization ■ Precise control of flow rate at low pressure, maintaining consistency ■ Viscosity that penetrates to the ends of fine cracks ■ Significantly contributes to aging countermeasures and longevity of concrete structures ■ Low noise, no vibration, and dust-free * Distributors in the Tokai and San'in regions * For more details, please feel free to contact us.
