Our company employs a groundbreaking method that electroplates diamond powder onto the tip of the drill while simultaneously ejecting a lubricant from the hole at the drill tip for lubrication and cooling (Shank-through coolant supply method). As a result, it eliminates the need for core removal and enables continuous processing.
