basic information
**Development Background** Recently, the construction industry has been facing a serious shortage of skilled workers, leading to increased efforts to attract more young people and women into the field. However, the cramped, dirty, and smelly temporary toilets at construction sites have become one of the barriers to securing personnel. To address this situation, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism has decided to introduce the principle of "comfortable toilets" that can be used comfortably by both men and women at construction sites. Furthermore, there are plans to promote "comfortable toilets" in the event industry and local governments that use temporary toilets in the future, as the demand for clean and comfortable toilets is rising not only in the construction industry but across many sectors. In response to this social need, we developed "SANIT." It was specifically designed to improve the working conditions for women and the usability of facilities. Our goal is to dispel the negative image associated with temporary toilets and to add value by providing comfort in toilet spaces, thereby contributing to attracting customers. *For more details, please refer to the materials. Our mission at Sanko Frontier is to contribute to society. This means contributing to a resource-circulating society. The current excessive space creation, based on the premise of scrap and build, generates a large amount of industrial waste and continues to impose a significant burden on the environment. Sanko Frontier's "Mobile Space" is an eco-product that can be moved and reused, overturning conventional wisdom. By further promoting Mobile Spaces in society, we aim to shift space creation to a more moderate approach and contribute to the global environment through a completely new urban design where "buildings circulate." By allowing spaces to move, we aim to drive the world towards greater happiness. That is the frontier we aspire to achieve.
