**Features** ■ Correction of position deviation up to 10mm (screw nominal diameter 3-5mm) Corrects a position deviation of 10mm to within 10% of the nominal diameter at the tightening teaching position. It can be implemented in complex parts and sheet metal where the frequency of screw tightening errors is high, as well as in workpieces where achieving tightening position accuracy is difficult and manual lines have low positioning repeatability. ■ Position correction for all points from 1-3 point position correction information After capturing an image with the camera, the system moves to the corrected position, which may result in longer tightening times per point. However, the number of corrections can be selected based on the conditions of position deviation, and thanks to the unique program of the Yθ screw robot, subsequent correction actions are unnecessary.
