[FA Site Improvement Case] Reducing Work Errors with Voice Guidance and Ensuring Worker Safety
[Quality Improvement] Ensure safety by providing work instructions to foreign workers through multilingual guidance!
We will introduce a case study of improvements in FA (Factory Automation) sites proposed by Patlite. In a manufacturing site where it was difficult to provide accurate work instructions, quality issues arose, and work efficiency became a problem. There were frequent accidents involving foreign workers. In response, we proposed an MP3 playback notification device that can record multiple languages, including English, Korean, and Chinese. After implementation, we were able to convey work instructions accurately, reducing mistakes and improving work efficiency. This also led to a reduction in accidents. 【Case Study】 ■ Issues - Inability to provide accurate work instructions, leading to quality issues and poor work efficiency. - Frequent accidents in workplaces with foreign workers. ■ Proposal - We will ship the MP3 playback notification device with recordings in various languages. - Supported languages (English, Korean, Chinese, German, Spanish, Portuguese, etc.) *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us. https://www.patlite.co.jp/ ↓↓↓ Official Online Shop ↓↓↓
