Boron de Guard can be selected from the following three treatment ranges. The recommended option is "Full Structural Material Treatment," which can also address damage caused by the expanding American wood-destroying termite in Japan. ■ Full Structural Material Treatment Treats all wooden parts from the top of the foundation to the bottom of the roof sheathing in preparation for the invasion of American wood-destroying termites. ■ First Floor Full Treatment Treats all wooden parts from the top of the foundation to the bottom of the second-floor rigid floor. ■ Standard Treatment Treats all wooden parts within 1 meter from the top of the foundation, as well as the entrance and water areas up to the second-floor framing (excluding rigid floors). Regular inspections will be conducted after construction. If Boron de Guard is applied, a warranty of up to 15 years can be provided. Additionally, if the warranty is utilized, inspections of areas such as under the floor and the perimeter are necessary to confirm the condition of the building. Photos and videos will be taken during the inspection, and a report will be presented to the client on a television screen or similar after the inspection is completed.
