"Gain" is a water-retaining block modeled after the natural water cycle. During the scorching summer, on asphalt surfaces that are hardened, the severe reflection increases the ground temperature, leading to the "heat island phenomenon." This was created as a countermeasure. During rainy weather, it stores water abundantly like soil, and during hot weather, it evaporates that moisture, working to lower the surrounding temperature through evaporative cooling. Additionally, its water retention function contributes to the surrounding tree environment and can suppress the inflow of large amounts of rainwater into sewers and rivers, thereby effectively preventing urban flooding. It also promises comfortable walking during rainy weather.
