Introducing the composite material 'Radicalock(R)', which strongly bonds rubber and plastic using a bridge lock without the use of adhesives!
"Radicalock(R)" is a formulated rubber that combines peroxide cross-linked synthetic rubber, such as EPDM and silicone rubber, with additional materials and additives, and is then blended with a cross-linking reaction promoter for plastics. It applies the technology of direct adhesion between plastics and rubber developed by Daicel Evonik Co., Ltd. Through the chemical reactions occurring within a mold loaded with plastic components, molecular chains (cross-linking chains) are formed at the interface between the rubber and plastic, creating a strong bond. [Features] ■ Solves adhesive issues ■ Usable with plastics ■ Simplifies the manufacturing process *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
