Achieving high torque and large processing capacity at low speeds! High-performance, high-impact dual-shaft low-speed rotary crusher [hydraulic press].
The "ROLLING CRUSHER" is a low-speed, dual-shaft crusher that excels in shear capability with high torque, and performs crushing at low rotational speeds, resulting in less noise, vibration, and dust generation compared to high-speed crushers. [Hydraulic Press] The rotational speed of the shafts changes according to load fluctuations, allowing for efficient and stable crushing processing while being energy-saving. The cutting blades are made from special steel materials that have undergone special processing to enhance wear resistance and impact resistance. Additionally, in the event of overload operation, an automatic program prevents overload by automatically repeating forward and reverse rotation before stopping. Depending on the installation conditions, you can choose between hydraulic motor drive or electric motor drive. [Features] ■ High torque and large processing capacity due to low-speed rotation ■ Low noise, low vibration, and low dust generation ■ Compatible with a variety of materials ■ Pre-treatment necessary for fine crushing processing ■ Options to meet various needs (e.g., pushing devices, foreign object discharge devices) *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
