The "HP type and KH type" are pumps that form the basis of a general-purpose gear pump, utilizing self-lubricating plain metal. They can be driven either directly by a motor or via a V-belt, and have a very wide range of applications as transport pumps, capable of high-pressure transport of lubricating oils, greases, and other substances, as well as heavy oils, kerosene, and viscous liquids under poor lubrication conditions, even in harsh operating conditions.
