Model 204 measures gauge pressure, absolute pressure, and vacuum pressure with high precision of ±0.11% FS. It has excellent temperature characteristics and achieves high stability over a long period.
Model 204 enables accurate pressure measurement of gases or liquids suitable for 17-4 PH stainless steel. With high-level output signals, excellent stability and accuracy, and fast dynamic response, it is suitable for many industrial applications, laboratories, and the aerospace and automotive industries. Model 204 is meticulously compensated for zero shift and sensitivity shift due to changes in ambient temperature, making it ideal for many applications requiring high precision. In these models, Setra's proprietary electronic circuits are combined with robust capacitive sensors.

basic information
Setra's variable capacitance sensor (patented) features a simple design. The central part of the integrated stainless steel pressure port has a diaphragm structure, and an insulated electrode plate is fixed at the center of this diaphragm, creating variable capacitance. As pressure increases, the capacitance decreases. This capacitance is detected and converted into a linear DC voltage signal using Setra's unique electronic circuit. In the absolute pressure type, the reference side of the diaphragm is sealed with electron beam welding in a high vacuum.

Company information
Air Water Mechatronics Co., Ltd. ST Division handles excellent measurement/control equipment focused on the most important themes of pressure and flow in the field of measurement and control in the industrial sector. In pressure measurement, as the Japanese distributor for Setra Systems, we have supplied numerous pressure sensors domestically for many years. Setra's pressure sensors are characterized by high precision and sensitivity, and are used in many advanced technologies, including semiconductor manufacturing equipment. Additionally, to accommodate various industrial pressure measurement scenarios, we also handle products from companies such as BD and Honeywell. We manufacture digital pressure gauges that incorporate or externally attach these pressure sensors. Within our company, various pressure standards with traceability to national standards are installed in a strictly air-conditioned calibration inspection room, allowing us to conduct inspections and recalibrations in-house. Regarding flow measurement, we offer unique and high-value-added products for both liquid and gas (mass flow). For liquids, we primarily provide small, cost-effective, and highly accurate turbine flow meters, as well as Coriolis flow meters. We respond to diverse needs with disposable sensors for pharmaceutical and medical manufacturing, as well as certified sensors for food and beverage applications.
