Setra's Model 239 pressure transducer is specifically designed for high-precision measurements at low pressures. Setra's variable capacitance sensor (patented) features a simple design. A stainless steel diaphragm and insulated electrodes form a variable capacitor. As pressure increases or decreases, the capacitance changes, and this capacitance is detected and converted into a linear DC electrical signal by Setra's unique electronic circuit.
