Fully automatic tensile testing machine for rubber with temperature control "Strograph AR-T"
Fully automatic tensile testing machine for rubber (with constant temperature chamber)
This is a testing machine designed for the automation and labor-saving of rubber tensile tests conducted in a temperature environment of -40 to 150℃ (inside a constant temperature chamber). It can accommodate up to 120 test specimens. The specimen storage section is tray-style, making specimen management easy. When the temperature inside the chamber reaches the set temperature, the test automatically begins. The test specimens set in the tray undergo fully automated testing according to the following sequence: 1. Measure the thickness of the test specimen in accordance with JIS K 6250. 2. Transport to the constant temperature chamber and hold at the set temperature for a specified time. 3. Transport to the measurement section, chuck with the specimen gripping device, and conduct the tensile test. The measurement of elongation is also performed automatically using a dedicated non-contact marking tracking device.
