Our "Screen Changer" utilizes a rod rotary system, contributing to energy savings, labor savings, and space savings. During operation, backwashing, and screen replacement, there is no need to stop the operation at any time. Additionally, the high-temperature screen cylinder is contained, resulting in minimal heat dissipation. It has low pressure loss and allows for long-term continuous production. Due to its large filtration area, precise filtration with higher density screens (500#, 30μm) is possible. Company information
I have been involved in design and research and development at a major extrusion machine manufacturer for about 35 years. When I retired, continuous and backwash screen changers were just beginning to gain attention, but at that time, they were all imported from abroad, which made them expensive and difficult to obtain. In an effort to address this issue, I worked on the development of a new screen changer using domestic technology, and in 1996, I developed Japan's first continuous backwash type (rod rotary) screen changer and took the step to commercialize it in 1997. Since then, with the support of many customers, I have continued as a specialized manufacturer of "screen changers" to this day.
