This allows for the distribution of issues that would otherwise place a heavy burden on a single administrator or person in charge, and in the event of loss, multiple alerts can be sent, enabling follow-up. ■ Administrators can constantly monitor who has what. They can always keep track of the link status between BLE tags and smartphones, including emergency alerts, information about the person taking the item, lost location information, and lost date and time information. ■ In the event of loss, the entire team can provide backup. Since the date and time of loss and GPS location information are recorded, tracking is possible. Logs of the loss situation are stored on a cloud server, which can be useful for future countermeasures. Additionally, report generation is also possible.
