Located in Koyamagahara, which is part of the Tama Hills in Machida City, the "Natural Hot Spring Ikoi no Yu Tamazakiten" is always bustling with many customers, leading to the air conditioning system operating almost 24 hours a day during the summer and winter seasons. Due to the long hours of operation, they were considering planned maintenance when a compressor malfunction occurred in the air conditioning system for the break room. [Proposal Details] ■ Introduction of Retrofit ■ Regular maintenance (replacement of only the relevant parts) This time, they adopted the retrofit, which is expected to improve energy efficiency. The air conditioning unit that underwent maintenance is operating without issues, and power consumption has been reduced by approximately 22%.
