Tsukada Co., Ltd. has been engaged in the pressing and bending processing of blades such as scissors, knives, and nail clippers, as well as the drawing processing of covers for drainage pipes used in water areas since its establishment in 1970. We also manufacture the molds necessary for pressing. Equipped with three-dimensional measuring machines and image dimension measuring devices, we have a consistent in-house production process from mold design to processing and assembly. This allows us to accept transfer molds, even those made during the Showa era, using reverse engineering techniques with minimal necessary modifications. In recent years, many molds have been transferred to Tsukada Press due to the aging of representatives from long-established pressing companies and the lack of successors. We can digitize even the oldest molds using three-dimensional measuring machines and ensure a smooth production transfer.
