We will test the performance of the construction anchor using two types of testing methods.
At Taisho Machinery Co., Ltd., we conduct tests on the performance of post-installed anchors after construction, specifically the "Anchor Bolt Pull-Out Test." We offer two types of testing methods: non-destructive testing and destructive testing. Additionally, for the inspection and loading tests of adhesive anchors, we conduct tests and inspections after the specified strength is achieved, taking into account the curing time of the adhesive. Please feel free to contact us if you have any requests. 【Testing Methods】 ■ Non-Destructive Testing ■ Destructive Testing *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

basic information
【Judgment Criteria】 ■Non-destructive Testing - Apply tensile load up to the design tensile strength. If it can withstand this load without excessive deformation such as anchor pullout, it is considered a pass. - In the case of seismic reinforcement work, the inspection load is set to 2/3 of the expected failure load. If it can withstand this load without excessive deformation such as anchor pullout, it is considered a pass. ■Destructive Testing - For three samples, determine strength and deformation performance based on the average value, maximum value, and minimum value of the results. - For five or more samples, determine strength and deformation performance based on the average value of the remaining values after excluding the maximum and minimum values, as well as the variability of the overall values (standard deviation or maximum and minimum values). *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
