The processing involves sandwiching printed materials between rigid PVC film of 100 to 300 micrometers (0.1 to 0.3 mm) from both sides and applying heat and pressure, which creates what is commonly referred to as a "desk mat." We receive printed paper in sizes such as B4 or A4 on coated paper or Yupo, and after applying rigid PVC processing, we perform rounded corner cutting to desired sizes like A4 or B5, and ship them out in the form of "desk mats." The thickness of the film is available in 0.1 mm, 0.15 mm, 0.2 mm, 0.25 mm, and 0.3 mm, with 0.2 mm being the most commonly used.
