(2) Flat Basket If the basket is not flat, it is necessary to remove the basket from the main shaft and lift it for cleaning the bottom of the basket. Thanks to the mechanisms in (1) and (2), what used to take a day for machine cleaning and cleaning confirmation can now be completed in about 2 hours, resulting in a 91.6% reduction in time. ◎ Suitable for Processing a Variety of Small Quantities It is easy to confirm cleaning, and cleaning time can be shortened, making it suitable for small-batch production of various types. ◎ Complete Recovery of Processed Material Using Bag-Type Filter Cloth Using a bag-shaped filter cloth allows for the complete recovery of the product, resulting in no loss. ◎ Proposing Suitable Specifications Based on Applications and Usage Conditions We will confirm the usage methods and conditions, and our engineers will design and create a custom-made solution from scratch.
