Overview of the A&S construction method

The "A&S Method" is a consolidation dewatering method that adds embankment to the ground improvement method "SKK Method," which enhances the groundwater recovery capacity. Since the ground that has been finely cavitated through vacuum vaporization experiences minimal settlement on its own, compressed air is sent to the sand layer surface using a large compressor, generating buoyancy pressure. The step-type Qin-TAKO compresses the cohesive soil directly and uniformly. By reducing the water content ratio through air blowing and subsequently applying vacuum vaporization, compression settlement is achieved through atmospheric pressure and embankment weight.
