Mist can be efficiently sprayed around from a height of about 3 meters, allowing for effective cooling of the surrounding temperature through evaporative cooling and achieving a humidifying effect.
Conventional mist generation devices are installed on the ground or floor and spray mist diagonally upward along with the airflow from a fan. In this method, when approaching the mist generation device, there is a risk that larger mist particles, which have not yet evaporated, may adhere to the skin or clothing and cause wetness. Additionally, since the sprayed mist has a directional nature, the area that can be cooled is also limited. The Sky Mist package features a disc-shaped mist spraying unit equipped with eight nozzles, allowing the sprayed mist to be efficiently distributed all around by the rectified airflow. Furthermore, this mist spraying unit is elevated about 3 meters above the ground by a pole, enabling the mist to be dispersed over a greater distance due to the high spraying point. Moreover, because the spraying point is high, the sprayed mist evaporates efficiently, allowing only cool air to reach the ground as much as possible. This package integrates a pump for mist generation, a pole to elevate the mist unit, and the mist generation unit itself, allowing for approximately six hours of operation without refueling (during intermittent operation) thanks to a large-capacity stainless steel tank (70L) onboard. The caster wheels attached to the device also make it easy to move.

Detailed information
-
Sky Mist Mist spraying unit of the Sky Mist package. Mist can be sprayed from a height by hanging it from the ceiling or lifting it with a pole from the mist generation device, like the Sky Mist package. The mist sprayed from eight nozzles arranged radially is efficiently dispersed around the area by the rectified airflow, allowing for a wide range to be cooled down. Additionally, by spraying from a height, the mist does not directly wet the human body or clothing.

Principle of Operation of Sky Mist Air is drawn in from the air intake at the bottom of the Sky Mist, and this air is evenly expelled at 360 degrees from the air outlet by a fan. Mist is sprayed from eight mist nozzles installed above the air outlet, and below them is a flow of rectified transport air blown out from the air outlet, allowing the sprayed mist to be efficiently carried over long distances.
-
Operation of the Sky Mist A scene of operating the Sky Mist suspended from the ceiling. The mist sprayed from eight nozzles is efficiently dispersed into the surrounding area by the conveying air. Additionally, since the mist is sprayed from a height, it vaporizes into cool air before reaching the ground, which has the advantage of minimizing water droplets from adhering to the human body or clothing.

Since the development of Japan's first steam cleaner in 1952, we have not viewed cleaning machines merely as tools for cleaning, but as partners in improving the global environment. We have thoroughly pursued not only performance aspects such as performance, functionality, and durability, but also the development and production of cleaning machines powered by clean energy, as well as pollution-free and recyclable processes from production to disposal. Through this pioneering spirit and accumulation of technology, we have achieved an exhaust emission value that is nearly zero, despite using kerosene in our Narutotype. Furthermore, we have developed environmentally friendly hot water cleaning machines such as the "Yusen," a clean, safe, and quiet high-pressure hot water cleaner powered by nighttime electricity with zero NOx emissions, and the gas-powered high-pressure hot water cleaner "Gas Wash."
