"Suspended Magnetic Separator" 【Removes iron contaminants from raw materials!】
A suspended magnetic separator that removes iron impurities from raw materials! It demonstrates its effectiveness in quality control at various factories!
The "Suspended Magnetic Separator" is a device that is suspended above a belt conveyor to remove iron contaminants from the raw materials being transported. The "Electromagnetic Type" forms two magnetic fields on the belt conveyor due to its double cap and three-pole structure, effectively attracting and removing iron pieces even from raw materials being transported at high speeds. The "Permanent Magnet Type," designed with permanent magnet materials and a unique magnetic circuit, possesses magnetic strength comparable to that of the electromagnetic type, while being compact, economical, and safe. 【Features (Permanent Magnet Type)】 ■ Uses high-retention wet anisotropic barium ferrite ■ Significantly reduces operating costs as no power supply is required ■ No electrical maintenance needed ■ No downtime due to the use of permanent magnets ■ Compact design for easy installation *For more details, please request documentation or view the PDF data available for download.
