basic information
Introduction of Case Studies ◎ Case study of accumulated know-how for single items and small lot products To continue balancing quality, price, and delivery time, daily processing techniques were recorded in a notebook, but the deterioration of the notebook and the effort to search for recorded content were challenges. ⇒ When creating manuals with photos, know-how could be easily accumulated alongside the work, and by using the search function, access to know-how became easy at any time. ◎ Case study of establishing operational standards Expressing work in writing was difficult and hard to convey. Additionally, the methods of work had not been standardized down to specific actions such as the use of fingers, elbows, walking, and bending at the waist. ⇒ It became possible to create manuals with videos, standardizing the work processes. By analyzing detailed work processes, work efficiency was improved. * Case studies can be downloaded from the URL below. 【Seminar Information】 We hold free seminars in Tokyo, Nagoya, Osaka, and Fukuoka.
