The "IPS-211" is an IC card issuing machine that allows for repeated printing and erasing of text, graphics, and other elements on Leiko IC cards. It transports new cards from a card stock section with a capacity of 100 cards to the printer section, where it accesses the IC data of the card through the IC card reader/writer in the printer section. The thermal head in the printer section writes and erases text, graphics, and other elements on the card, issuing it in the process.
