【Dispersion Procedure】 1. Place the measured spacer on the dispersion platform using an electronic balance, and manually lift it into the dispersion piping. 2. The spacer becomes charged and dispersed due to friction with the dispersion piping. 3. Before being dispersed into the chamber, it is distributed onto the workpiece by N2 ejected in all directions from the multiplex nozzle. 4. By applying high voltage inside the dispersion chamber using an optional high-voltage power supply unit, the efficiency and distribution of the spacer are improved, and the adhesion of the spacer to the chamber walls is reduced. 【Specifications】 〇 Utilities: 1.
