What is cationic electrodeposition coating? It is a dipping-type painting method where the object (part) to be painted is immersed in a water-soluble electrodeposition paint and a direct current is applied to adhere the paint. Because the paint penetrates into the details even of complex-shaped parts, it allows for uniform coating without unevenness, unlike spray painting, and the film thickness is stable. It has very high adhesion and is resistant to rust and corrosion. Additionally, since it uses water-soluble paint, it is low-pollution, environmentally friendly, and has excellent safety.
