Proven track record in public works! This construction method is ideal when durability is required.
"Tough Coat" is a soil-based pavement manufactured and poured on-site by adding water to a mixture of aggregates, cement (the hardening medium), our developed additives, and Tough Coat Hi-Oil (a dedicated stabilizer). It is a pavement developed based on the technologies of concrete and mortar, exhibiting overwhelming durability, maintenance of design over time, and high performance in weed suppression. Additionally, due to its high density, it not only suppresses weeds but also allows you to enjoy a distinct contrast between grass and pavement. 【Features】 ■ No grass grows on the pavement surface ■ Surface temperature does not rise in midsummer ■ Has water retention and absorption properties ■ Can be mixed with various materials such as dam sand and tile chips ■ Formulation can be adjusted according to the local climate and intended use *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
