"Tough Coat" is a soil-based pavement manufactured and poured on-site by adding water to a mixture of aggregates, cement (the hardening medium), our developed additives, and Tough Coat Hi-Oil (a dedicated stabilizer). It is a pavement developed based on the technologies of concrete and mortar, exhibiting overwhelming durability, maintenance of design over time, and high performance in weed suppression.
