Microfluidic high-quality mass flow/pressure meters and controllers
The IQ+FLOW mass flow meter/controller is a sophisticated microprocessor-based instrument that provides high accuracy and high repeatability. The instrument can store 8 calibration curves, eliminating the need for calibration for different types of gases. The PC board already incorporates PID control functionality, ensuring high stability control. Additionally, as an option, the control settling time can be adjusted to 200 ms for processes requiring fast response. 【Features】 ○ Flow range from 0.2...10 mln/min to 0.1...5 ln/min (full scale value) ○ Very stable zero base thanks to the thermally balanced chip sensor ○ High space efficiency due to compact design ○ Economic solution with low cost of ownership ○ Analog and digital communication (RS232 / RS485) For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.
