The "High-Speed Cutting Machine" is a cutting device capable of cutting large quantities of soft materials and fibers that are difficult to crush or grind. It can cut synthetic fibers, natural fibers, glass fibers, old clothes, and blue tarps, and by pre-processing (cutting) waste that could not be handled in large quantities by crushing or grinding machines, it enables smooth crushing.
