It is possible to use continuously for a long time with its unique power circuit and air cooling system.
The SF-653 is a high-frequency ultrasonic cutter with a vibration frequency of 40kHz (40,000 times per second) and an amplitude of 30 microns. It maximizes the effects of ultrasonic high-speed micro-vibration. With minimal processing pressure, sharp cutting surfaces, and no chips, it can freely cut a wide range of materials from composite materials made of various new materials to rubber and leather. The uniquely developed power control circuit and air inlet for air cooling suppress the heating of the transducer even at large amplitudes, enabling long hours of continuous use. (Please consult us for long-term use without air cooling.) 【Features】 ■ Outstanding cutting performance with stable vibrations of up to 30 microns ■ Suppression of transducer heating through unique development, allowing for long hours of continuous use ■ Easy and secure tool attachment with dedicated square head screws and drivers *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
