Our company, which has tackled odor control measures for various factories, will introduce some case studies. 【Indoor Odor Control Measures for an Aluminum Parts Processing Factory】 ■Background We received a consultation regarding the need for odor control measures for the odors generated during the softening process of aluminum parts in a tempering furnace, which were dispersing throughout the factory and affecting employees and visitors. Since the temperature of the odors emitted from the tempering furnace is high and there had been no previous odor measurements, we first proposed conducting odor measurements, which revealed that the odor concentration exceeded 10,000 in its original state. Due to the disruption of air balance, the client requested a system that would circulate the air indoors rather than exhaust it outdoors.
