"Usable across the entire filtration area" from general molding to high-performance molding. A screen changer and filter that can be used in a wide range of applications.
In extrusion molding filtration, a "screen changer" has been used for general products, while a "precision filter" has been used for high-performance molding. However, with the increasing functionality and quality of final products, precision filtration has also become a requirement for general molding. In response to this trend, we have developed the world's first "all-around screen changer filter" that can be used across the entire filtration domain. Company information
I have been involved in design and research and development at a major extrusion machine manufacturer for about 35 years. When I retired, continuous and backwash screen changers were just beginning to gain attention, but at that time, they were all imported from abroad, which made them expensive and difficult to obtain. In an effort to address this issue, I worked on the development of a new screen changer using domestic technology, and in 1996, I developed Japan's first continuous backwash type (rod rotary) screen changer and took the step to commercialize it in 1997. Since then, with the support of many customers, I have continued as a specialized manufacturer of "screen changers" to this day.
