Strength testing (such as tensile tests, load tests, and drop tests will be conducted!)
Strength test
I will crush your product! Port Manufacturing Industry's [Strength Test]
Since our establishment, we have developed (designed and manufactured) metal products using iron, aluminum, and stainless steel in various categories such as "architectural hardware," "civil engineering materials," "marine hardware," "temporary hardware," "logistics equipment," and "exteriors." In product development, we repeatedly conduct strength tests, including tensile tests, load tests, and drop tests, which are related to safety and security. Indeed, it is only by testing products to their limits that we can understand their boundaries. If a product's strength can only be assessed theoretically, it leaves a lingering sense of uncertainty. By testing, we transform that uncertainty into a tangible form, ultimately creating products that we can confidently sell. When you entrust us with your needs, we will resolve uncertainties and shape them into reality, backed by development support grounded in strength testing. Our goal is to embody our customers' needs through "one-of-a-kind manufacturing that ensures safety and security." Please feel free to contact us for more details.

basic information
〇Drop Test Weights are dropped onto a test specimen from 4 meters above the frame to check for deformation. 〇Load Test A load is applied to a test specimen mounted on a steel frame to measure its load-bearing capacity. Additionally, a steel plate is laid on the ground, and the test specimen can also be fixed to this plate while applying the load. 〇Magnetic Particle Inspection By magnetizing the test specimen, defects such as cracks can be detected early. This non-destructive testing method allows for the detection of surface-opening defects (cracks) and subsurface defects without damaging the product. It does not miss vertical or horizontal cracks. The tests are conducted by JIS-certified inspectors, and certificates can be issued. The main magnetization methods include the plot method, coil method, axial current method, and gap method. 〇Tensile Test A force of up to 1000 kN is applied in the vertical direction to conduct tensile, bending, and compression tests. The range of the universal testing machine, certified by public institutions (Nippon Kaiji Kyokai [NK], JIS Grade 1), is 5 stages (0–50 kN, 0–100 kN, 0–250 kN, 0–500 kN, 0–1000 kN), allowing for the optimal force to be set according to the test specimen.

Case Study When we exhibited at a trade show with the theme of "Product Development through Strength Testing"... We received an inquiry from a representative of a major GMS who wanted us to investigate the strength of pots sold under their own brand. Initially, the request was only for strength testing, but as we refined the specifications for the tests, we ultimately decided to develop a testing machine that could perform repeated strength tests. After much trial and error, the repeated testing machine was completed. With this development, customers can easily conduct tests as many times as they want until they are satisfied. The customers who received the testing machine as they envisioned were extremely satisfied.
