There is an EOG sterilization monitoring device (EOM-5000) that combines control equipment, recorders, and printers. Its feature is that it can measure concentrations tailored to the sterilization conditions of the EO gas sterilizer. 6. There is an EOG sterilization monitoring device (EOM-5000/S) equipped with a sampling switch.
