Improved heat dissipation of plastic! Semiconductor with high thermal conductivity.
"Metallic silicon" is a semiconductor with high thermal conductivity that improves the heat dissipation of plastics. It is produced using high-purity silica as the raw material, combined with oil coke and charcoal, melted in an electric furnace, extracted into a ladle, and then crushed and granulated. Our company has established a production system at two locations in Japan and China, where we carry out crushing and classification. We can manage average diameter, purity, and impurities. We also offer "magnesium oxide," which has high thermal conductivity and high insulation properties. [Features] - High thermal conductivity: 149 W/m·K - Low specific gravity (2.33 g/cm³) - Various surface treatment processes are available *For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.
