What is needed for operation is only image data and a dedicated coating agent. The images created on a PC can be accurately sprayed as droplets at any location on a moving planar workpiece for UV coating. Since the droplet application is performed precisely along the flexible images, there is no waste, and minimal masking is possible. Additionally, due to the reduced splatter, large local exhaust systems are unnecessary. Being a modular type, it can also be used as a standalone unit or integrated into a production line.
