A belt cleaner that allows you to choose the material and contact width suitable for your application!
The "Cleaner (Conveyor Belt Cleaner)" is a belt cleaner that can accommodate various sizes of belt conveyors, allowing for the selection of materials and contact widths suitable for the application based on the conveyed items and the shape of the belt conveyor. Conventional belt cleaners have a scraping part and plate shape with a width of 100 to 150 mm and a thickness of 5 mm, which leads to uneven contact with the belt conveyor, making scraping ineffective and resulting in material spillage. Additionally, adjusting and replacing the belt cleaner has been cumbersome. Our product addresses all of these issues. 【Features】 ■ Small segmented chips closely follow uneven surfaces ■ Excellent wear resistance with ceramic material ■ Partially flexes to instantly avoid protrusions ■ Superior elasticity with urethane rubber ■ Easy installation *For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.
