Anodizing refers to the process of electrolyzing aluminum to create an insulating film of 6μ to 20μ on the surface, which prevents corrosion of the product. (It is also referred to as anodic oxidation film.) 【Aluminum Surface Treatment】 ■ Colored Anodizing (Dyed Anodizing) - Coloring in the desired colors such as red, blue, black, gold, and stainless color during the process. ■ Glossy Anodizing - Glossy anodizing achieved through chemical polishing and electrolytic polishing methods. ■ Matte Anodizing - Matte anodizing processed using chemical sandblasting methods. ■ Hard Anodizing - Film thickness ranging from 15μ to 100μ. Hardness can be maintained at 300 to 400 HMV (Vickers hardness). ■ Electrolytic Polishing (for SUS) - Surface gloss of stainless steel materials.
