(Feature 1) By adopting a new type of motor and a newly developed gear unit, the SD550 series inherits its compact and lightweight design while achieving high precision and increased rotation speed. Furthermore, by doubling the number of channels, it enables versatile tightening capabilities, accommodating small-batch production of various types. (Feature 2) It is possible to determine the pass/fail results of tightening based on the set torque waveform range and the actual tightening torque waveform. It detects tightening defects that could not be identified by the upper limit of torque alone. Additionally, if an anomaly occurs during waveform judgment, tightening will stop immediately, helping to prevent product damage. (Feature 3) A new Ethernet port for communication has been added, equipping the device with data collection capabilities via Ethernet. With dedicated software, tightening results and waveform data can be saved in CSV format, which is effective for ensuring traceability and analyzing causes of tightening defects. *Data collection using CAN is also possible. (Feature 4) Integration of three software functions into one: "Easy Memory Sheet Function: Simply input the target torque for easy setup."
