In conventional applicators, it was necessary to first melt the reactive hot melt and purge dry air or nitrogen in the tank. Additionally, drum and pail melters had downtime during can changes. However, the "B4 Non-Stop" applicator does not require dry air or nitrogen purging, and there is no waiting time for can replacements. It is a "non-stop" type that ensures continuous discharge.

The applicator "B4 Nonstop" is a type that cuts the bottom of the reaction-type hot melt packaged in aluminum foil (maximum diameter 130mm) and inserts it. It melts only the necessary amount, while the cooling fan suppresses the temperature rise on all parts except the bottom, reducing "thermal damage" to the reaction-type hot melt. The "B4 Nonstop" is suitable for manual or automatic application using a small amount of hot melt. Additionally, there is a lineup of larger types available, so please feel free to contact us.
