A hollow optical fiber for ultraviolet light transmission, lined with an aluminum thin film that exhibits high reflectivity in the ultraviolet range.
■Transmission of visible light is also possible. ■By vacuuming the hollow core section or filling it with inert gas, transmission of vacuum ultraviolet light with a wavelength of 200nm or less is also possible.
